"My philosophy of Medicine is that people are generally healthy for incredibly long periods of time. The minor and major perturbations of health occur almost as predictably as troubles with any other complex technical system. Good health is a program of prevention more than of treatment and adjustments can be made early to deter illness later. True health is a life lived in balance within the contexts of the individual, the family, the community and the spirit."
