The Physicians at the Taylor-High Clinic are Family Practitioners. Both Dr. Taylor and Dr. High have been certified and re-certified by the American Board of Family Practice since completing their three year residency program. Family Practice is the care of patients of all ages and both sexes. It encompasses Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Minor surgery, and Psychiatry. Most of the medical problems encountered by people are regularly and efficiently treated by family practitioners. More complex problems of diagnosis or treatment are referred to Specialist physicians.

Dr. Taylor has served as Medical Director of the Emory Clinic at Perimeter. He has authored numerous articles and textbooks chapters and serves as medical advisor for several fortune 500 corporations. He received his B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota and his M.D., with honors at the University of Minnesota Medical School

The native of Tennessee graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. His family practice residence was completed at the University of Kentucky.
